I have seen it on VRT News. The Prince was most sorry and made a friendly excuse to IOC-president Jacques Rogge.
The Prince commented to the VRT that he was happy that the re-election of 'the oustanding' mr Rogge was not depending on his vote. (The IOC-president only had one counter-vote and got a landslide victory).
