A bit specific but perhaps interesting especially for the Dutch and Flemish readers here: The Dutch (Zeeland) Hedwige polder was named after Hedwige de Ligne (1877-1938) spouse of Engelbert Marie Duke of Arenberg (1872-1949). I often wondered but the polder was until now just called "Hedwigepolder". The name now used in the press "Hertogin Hedwigepolder" could make me google more specific.
(The polder is target of a fierce debate in terms of the accessibility by water of the Port of Antwerp.)
