No,What the Orange Nassau Family,as well as we,need is a PM that does his work as he should when at the Palace instead, like his confrere misfits, hide behind the skirts of the RF for their own mistakes but still blame the Family for "behaviour" .What behaviour??If that mannenbroeder crap was to step down and we had a,let's say,Ruud Lubbers kind of real man again for a PM,then all this bull would never have happened,or Ruud would frase it all that Lubberiaans that no-one would dare to raise a finger again.
The cabinet is responsible for the actions of the RF,and if they give a go-ahead to whatever project, then it is THEIR responsibility, but if they talk matters through with the Family and point out that this that and another thing should be could be less wise at present, and why, then they listen. They always listen to reason.
I absolutely agree wholeheartedly with Drs.A.J.P.H. van Cruyningen in his comment to this:

: Interesting suggestion: the Oranges need a
: court jester (hofnar) again. To criticize
: them once in a while. To keep them sharp. To
: hold them a mirror. And to keep the support
: of the people.
: Willem-Alexander and Máxima seem to be the
: typical representatives of a global elite
: which seem to neglect their national roots.
: At the same time the major part of the
: electorate (limiting their world to their
: direct local/regional surroundings) has come
: to dislike any form of a distant
: international elite that causes all their
: problems...

:
: (Newspaper AD has a similar article (about
: the crownprincely couple having become world
: citizens instead of Dutch citizens. There is
: a growing gap.)
:
: Food for thought for our Royal Flying
: Dutchmen and our dear Majesty (who seems
: more national and if international more
: "European"...).
:
: Is all this criticism a futile storm in a
: cup of tea? Or an unfortunate combination of
: incidents?
: Or essential for the future of the Dutch
: monarchy?
: Time will tell.
: But I am afraid HM's desk has stacks of
: articles to read about Her House by now...
: But I am afraid: the more criticism, the
: more stubborness.
: Or?
: (Just read: Princess Christina's assets are
: now taken care of an asset manager in
: Henri's Eindhoven btw... Not by the Royal
: Treasurer at the Palace that is)
