It's just an observation, I think.

What I found interesting is how The Grand Duke looks much younger than The Duke of York despite being 5 years older. The Grand Duke is always perfectly pressed, knotted and his handkerchief neatly folded. I never cease to be impressed by Luxembourger grooming (common and royal alike).
