You are welcome, John. Being a designer myself I like the (unfinished) process (in being) of restoring more than the final result. In Antwerp I also follow the restoration of the former Royal Palace on a monthly basis and it is going to be impressive too.
As well as my own house in Antwerp... (a huge renovation project too, without any state subsidee... hehe)...
