HM bestowed decorations for bravery to participants of the mission in Afghanistan,one being a man who got killed in action there last year.His family will receive the decoration during a closed ceremony,all others will receive theirs during the ceremony on october 7th at the KMA,Royal Military Academy,Breda.
The military involved can,due to their specific operational tasks,not appear publicly in the media and they are awarded the decoration for their exceptional behaviour and often have risked their lives to save others.
