Well yes, it is quite soothing - or will be next time when I am not so stressed about feeling like I did not know what I was doing.
I only watched the gal make it yesterday - oh I asked plenty of questions - but to actually make it.... and feel how long to kneed it and how big it should rise... I just don't know how come I just knew when the right time was... I just did. It was oddly natural for me.
