Yup, that sucks. Thank heavens you and H are on the same page so you can handle it as a team. My 10-year old took it ok. He cried, but has been ok. The separation is what is really bothering him. My 6 year old was just like, "Oh. That's nice. So, what song should I dance to next?"
I just got your email, will email back soon. Heading out!! Woohoo!

: I am so frikken frustrated and pissed with
: this friend of mine. Our friendship has
: been falling apart for some time now,
: however she has crossed the line for the
: last time. I am furious with her.
: Especially since her actions/words have made
: my 5 year old daughter cry. Ugh. Despite
: the friendship being over, we will still run
: into one another because of circles we
: share. So, now I'm sitting here worried
: that she is going to OUT me to all these
: other people I know. Her actions as of late
: have been very paranoid, aggressive, and
: beyond. She is not thinking clearly. I
: fear that she is going to go nutso on me one
: day and just go off and say things to me in
: front of my kids or to others that
: eventually would lead back to my kids.
:
: I need to sit down with the H tonight and
: discuss our course of action in dealing with
: her and the possibility that she may
: intentionally out me and the kids may soon
: be aware. We need to be on the same page
: and ready to explain our situation to them
: as best as a 5 and 10 year old can
: understand things. Sigh.
:
: Life can really suck sometimes, can't it?
:
: Sassy
