I noticed these sorts of changes a few weeks after coming out to my h. I didn't feel pressure to dress femme/girly, to impress anyone. I felt/feel like I'm here just to impress myself now. I started walking like I did when I was younger (a loose "boy walk" I got from wearing boots) and went back to the t-shirt/jeans look. I never wore make up, thankfully. Started wearing my hair shaggy (instead of a clean pixie cut) and sitting with my knees apart. Random things, but still.
My GF told me this week that my features are boyish and "how could you not know you were a lesbian??" I don't identify as femme or butch, though I guess someone else might say I was 'soft butch' based on how I dress/look/act now. I find it's helping distance my h and me, making it easier for him.
