I commend you for your honesty.
I have no regrets whatsoever in divorcing the H.
I had a difficult time with the idea of some other woman 'mothering my children' too, but once I met the H's gf, I realize how harmless she is-- certainly no threat to me and my relationship with my children.
As far as your other feelings...? Certainly individual therapy could help but unless you want to remain married, I don't see any point in couple's therapy.
