Again the question is whether recommitment is the ONLY moral choice if you are a LESBIAN?
IMHO, no. If you are a lesbian, recommitment is not necessarily the only moral choice.
If you are a lesbian, I don't believe that you are necessarily wronging your h and children if you leave w/o trying to save your marriage first. And I don't believe that as a wife and mother, you are required to put your needs DEAD LAST if you discover that you are a lesbian.
Just to be sure no one misconstrues this post, I am not saying that leaving your marriage is the only right choice if you are a lesbian. Nor am I saying that leaving w/o trying to recommmit first is the right choice for every lesbian---I realize that in some situations, ending the marriage may not be the optimal choice. All I am saying is that not every woman who realizes she is a lesbian is evil if she doesn't try to re-commit before she ends the marriage.
And I am not saying anything at all about the choices of bi women. The reason I am not commenting on the situation of bi women is because I am not bi and cannot speak from experience as to their situation.
