I met her on the board. We shared a wonderful memory. We played the 12 days of Christmas. Sending each other a gift each day. On the last day Each gift was so special because we had learned to communicate and knew each other so well, but on the last day I opened a card and read a poem that she never knew. It was her favorite poem and had guided her at times and we had never shared it, but it was also mine, "The Road Not Taken," By Rober Frost. I knew we would never have a relationship, but always just asked for the memory and still carry the many memories and conversations in my heart today. I am so very glad she was my first.
