Wanting to be romantically involved with a woman has always felt natural to me, although I have never voiced or put action to my thoughts, since my preteens. What is difficult is realizing I may never satisfy those feelings, now that I am married to my H. I feel like I made a clear choice, and have to live with that.
And yes, I've felt like "oh, it can't be this easy". I don't even talk to gay friends about it, because I'm afraid they will judge me as "curious", or insensitive to others who are out for whom the journey was/is a difficult one.
