seems to me a lot of the time the sensitive types present as more passive,

and the tuff/rough types as more active.

and it is the action orientation of the ruff/tough types that call attention to their role in conflict when they inadvertently or otherwise have stepped on the toes of those more sensitive.

i mean, i do this all the time, apparently -- step on ppl's toes, freq because she has some secret vulnerability i had no idea about.

it is like a field of land mines when she cannot/will not/does not know how to be open and honest and forthcoming. see what i mean?

i am willing to meet half way, if she can try and be more open and trusting, i am more than willing to be more sensitive and unassuming.

it is just so hard when someone closes down, or is not open, see what i mean?
