About this health insurance thingy

A woman posted here once saying that it didn't matter that she had lost her h's health insurance because the law requires her GF's company has to put her on her GF's health insurance. WRONG! So wrong! At present, the law does not require employers to provide even their own employees with health insurance. They can extend domestic partner benefits if they choose.
