i think there will always be those who come here that are so vulnerable that the slightest question about their lives will knock them over.
if we were to try to "make it safe" for them, then we couldnt have anything more than cheerleading
or the sharing of experiences
and crying over beer
that stuff is helpful, in some way i'm sure... but when we have those who raise thought provoking questions and even enter into debate, there is So much to be learned! i would Hate to lose that.
i do agree completely though that RESPECT must be priority
