I don't understand your question. Are you asking if people feel safe to post, or that we should/shouldn't do something in particular to make it feel safer?
I think the way in which someone posts (and that same person's ability to keep their identity a secret from others IRL) will be the most helpful for those thinking H or whoever is lurking. It's just common internet sense to me!
