I'm actually more interested in my gf and our situation b/c she has children. I love her and she's a great partner. I love seeing her little peeps b/c they are parts of her. I personally never ever wanted to push out a kid -- so in our arrangement I still get to help parent (albeit in a very limited capacity right now), but I still get to have that experience. I don't think your two kids would be off putting. I could see rebellious teenagers trying to pull parent trap stunts to get the girlfriend to leave would be a bit of a hurdle, but as long as your kids are a little more chill than that .... lol 
you'll be fine. Work on loving yourself first and it will radiate. You will attract likeminded people.
