Just wanted to share a little something with you. More than a year after my divorce has been final, I got served with papers today by my exH for $8,000 I haven't paid him (a balloon payment, the last of my settlement).
This, after he dropped the kids from his health insurance (he was court ordered to cover them until they graduated from college; now I'm covering them to the tune of $250/month), has refused to pay one red cent for college, and had to be tracked down by the state to pay his lousy $325 in child support on time.
He still owes me $650 in back child support, and $370 from when I had to pay $740 in tax penalties and interest because he filed false tax info the last year we filed jointly.
The gall of these men -- yours and mine -- just slays me.
