I left my marriage a long time ago and now live full time with my GF. I still cherish each moment but no longer have the sadness at the end. Nobody knows just how long we have on this earth and each day is a gift. That's part of why I chose to spend my time wisely with the one I love, watching young friends die unexpectedly has a way of reminding me not to live with crap today in hopes of a better tomorrow.
You are right, cherish your moments. We're only one heartbeat away from death, we just don't know which heartbeat it will be.
P.S. I do plan for tomorrow, but I don't procrastinate when it comes to love and happiness. Things can be replaced, time cannot.

: Was with my gf yesterday afternoon, we really

: realize and truly cherish our time together.
: She is so much younger and I'm the married
: one, so I'm sure you understand how special
: our time is when we do get it. If you're in
: my situation, I'm sure you also understand
: how fast that time goes by. I cherish every
