The recent 'Contagion' arc in Wolverine Best there is reveals that Wolverines healing factor increases in power in response to the damage he receives - so the harder you hit him, the faster he heals.
The limits of Dakens healing factor are not yet known and its not been determined whether its the equal of his fathers (possibly not as it is a fact that Wolverines healing factor was much weaker in his younger years).
As for Deadpool its pretty much established that theres no known limit to the injuries he can heal from. He recently healed completely from having his entire head smashed into tiny fragments by the Hulk.
I dont think that Moonknight can *kill* any of these characters although it is possible for them to be defeated. Dont forget that Dakens healing factor is currently on the blink due to the effects of the heat drug he is consuming over in his own title.
