Bushman has to be number 1 - he's the nemesis and Moon Knights entire reason for being.

I'd be inclined to vote for Jack Russell as the number 2 simply because theres history there and a werewolf is a nice choice of villain for a supernatural hero.

Dont forget Randall Spector - family make some of the best enemies when it comes to movies and TV. He would get my vote before Black Spector, Stained Glass Spector or Midnight.
