: I think it's hilarious that he's considered a
: knock off Batman when Batman inherited his
: Moon Knight qualities from Doug Moench. I've
: liked the down on his luck Moon Knight, but
: the character needs to win one and get his
: friends back. It seems that he mostly gets
: beat up and alienates people.
:
I like Moon Knight as an antagonist and if you know your history you would realise that he's been that way more or less since the very beginning.
Moon Knight has never played will with others - he was alienating the likes of Frenchie and Marlene all the way back in his original series. He tried working as part of a team in both the West Coast Avengers and the Marvel Knights but it didnt stick, he tried having a sidekick with Midnight Jr back in his second series and that ended badly too.
Moon Knight is best written as a cantankerous, frictious character, a more or less solo vigilante much like the Punisher.
