Mmf, but the Punisher slaughters and even does things like tear off limbs, from time to time, yet his angle is always 'tortured' and 'vengeful', hardly ever something as sharp as 'mentally ill', and people mostly stand behind it. So, there again....

Marc is a Marine and a mercenary and so on, and just doesn't use kid gloves. The moon cutting, unorthodox, but that in itself doesn't immediately translate into mentally ill. I just see rage which is just kept under control enough.

I just think that the whole Khonshu thing gets used as this big umbrella to put every single thing he does into it when in reality most of it doesn't honestly seem "strange" at all..
