Whilst MK is a VERY good fighter, he is not equal to these others in terms of skill alone. However, MK does have a number of skills that the other fighters do not - his experience as a soldier, mercenary and his knowledge of weapons, vehicles, tactics and explosives being some of them. These extra skills do in some way level the playing field against 'superior' opponants. I dont want MK to be propelled right to the top of the food chain with regards fighting ability for two reasons. Firstly - he's never been there before, so why change continuity to all of a sudden give him a level of skill hes never posessed in the past? Secondly, I dont want to see MK become the type of character that Wolverine is and be able to defeat all his opponants with ease. I like the fact that MK has to try harder than the likes of Captain America to achieve the same results.
