Posted by khonshu on June 24, 2006, 13:24:28, in reply to "looking for late 70's early 80's edition of MK" Moon Knight was featured in a few issues of that magaine as a backup story to the regular Hulk stories. All of those backup stories were written by Doug Moench and most were drawn by Bill Sienkiewicz. It was those stories that I believe gained Moon Knight enough momentum for Marvel to green-light a regular ongoing Moon Knight series by Moench and Sienkiewicz. The Hulk Magazine issues that featured Moon Knight as backup stories were #11-15, #17, #18, & #20. Most of the stories are reprinted later in comic book-sized format as "Moon Knight Special Edition" #1-3. But you can get all of them by buying the current Essential Moon Knight B&W Trade paperback. You can find more detail about these issues as well as the cover images by going to this page: http://www.comics.org/covers.lasso?SeriesID=2455 Just click on the cover picture to get more detail about the issue. Hope this helps you out.

I believe what you are looking for is called "The Hulk Magazine", which ran from 1977-1981. It was originally called "Rampaging Hulk", but was later changed to the title of "The Hulk" with issue #10.
