A neighbor of mine has 2 Arabians she needs to find homes for soon. They are both very gentle and sweet but not sound. The gelding is gorgeous and looks incredible when turned out but shows lameness in the left hind when ridden-he would probably be okay for light occasional trail riding. The previous owner said he had a dislocated hip but the way he moves when turned out I just do not see that. The mare has previously been foundered and is sore on the front end at times and should not be ridden. The gelding does not have papers but the mare does. I think she said the mare is 22 and the gelding 16. I am trying to convince her not to take them to auction and give rescue a chance.
