Since the new board is down..... a fixative question

I was just going to check the archives, but since I don't know when I'll be able to I'll just ask it here. I have some Jacquards Textile Ink, no heat fixative and I just need to know what ratio of ink, fixative and water those of you who have used it use. Sorry if thats confusing. I've had a rough couple of days.
