A seller on eBay has some lovely Rumple-colored crepe wool right now and I'd like to go ahead and buy some. She's selling braids in 12-inch increments. I don't want to short myself, so how much (approximately) do you think I'll need for an entire wig? I don't have a clue what I should be starting out with, having never hand-made a wig before. The seller says the wool triples in size when unraveled when fluffed up, but does think that applies to me since I'll be ironing it? On the same subject; I'm having one heck of a time figuring out what color of "orange" Video Rumple has in her wig. I'm seeing hints of burgandy, dark pumpkin, ginger...what exactly would you classify that color as? Thank you so much for all of your help!

I think this has gotten lost in the long thread about crepe vs. fleece, so I thought it would be a good idea to make a new thread because I would like to buy the crepe wool today or tomorrow.
