Posted by Cherasa Some of them are problem areas, and I would appreciate a response to them. Cordella - I feel like this cat should seem very classy, probably an older queen and not a kitten; I would like to do her smooth and brown, with warmers; I imagine she will look something like NBQ/Hesperia/Summer. Fifica - The girl who is playing this cat had the generosity to give me a colour preference. The problem is that her colour preference was, "Er. Purple? Purple? Can I be purple?" I can do this in a few ways. Or should I just tell her to forget purple? Lilli - This cat should be very pretty, dainty. I'd like her to be mostly white, but because I've got Victoria, a light Rumpleteazer, yellow Sillabub and Etcetera running around up there, I don't want to cause more confusion. Any ideas? I'd like her to be peach, but then I worry about her getting mixed up with Jellylorum or Jennyanydots chorus. Marina - I've got this one worked out -- this is going to be where I insert the German Pouncival design. I think I'll give her a different name, though. Mina - The girl playing this part is really pretty, and very spunky. I would like to see this cat in mostly black -- however, we have a Quaxo AND a Mistoffelees (separate characters, ack!), and our Misto is a girl. How can I avoid confusion? Nissa - Anyone got an original character design they want to contribute for this one? Quenby - I want this character to seem kind of clownish, harlequin-esque. I think I'll do her very mottled, with diamond patterns on the thighs (the name made me think of Harley Quinn from Batman!) and in a lot of bright colours on a white base. Rowena - The girl in this part is SASSY! I would like to see her in off-white, red and brown on a white base; like a hot fudge sundae! The problem is that when I try to draw this out, it looks less like a yummy dessert and more like.. well, roadkill. Is there a way that I can avoid this effect? I'll post a drawing later tonight. Sillabub - Yellow Japanese Sillabub, no problems here (I've updated the design since my last posting). Vinwicket- The girl in this part is a little bit overweight -- she's one of the ones who I think will not be too comfortable. Because of this I would like to see her in more muted tones -- I want to get away from stripes, but am afraid that patches won't have the same camouflaging effect that a big pattern would.

Well. I have been told that there will be nine female chorus cats in the upcoming show. For purposes of keeping them straight, I have named them. I only have a few ideas of colour schemes, though, and am having problems coming up with ideas that don't make the chorus look very similar to the other cats.
Thank you! *hug*
Make a lavender-grey kitty that is something like the pink Sillabub -- smokey-lavender accent colours in the wig, warmers, makeup, while the unitard is mostly black.
Make a purple cat like the Finnish production. Big time purple. Or just white with purple tiger-ish stripes.
White with purpley leopard spots?![]()
