i dont know much about it, but try www.carecredit.com and/or take out a short term bank loan, etc. if thats possible.
if you are asking for monetary donations, set up an acct with the vet your having the surgery with, folks might be more willing to send a donation to an established vet office, if they dont know you personally. hope this helps - good luck.
