I do not own pitbulls, however myself and a representative of the NJ Federation of Dog Clubs were the only representation opposing the ordinance that IMO, council seems hell-bent on passing.
We successfully fought BSL in Phillispburg 6 years ago-- however, this time, 2 woman are testifying about an irresponsible owner/neighbor that appears to be terrorizing them with his dogs. Council is very impressed with them and we need to counteract this with a strong show of support with respect to opposition.
