Unfortunately I don't know the answer to his question for certain. The Titans was launched 25th October 1975 by Marvel UK; I believe it's last issue was #59 in December 1976. After this it merged into Spider-Man Weekly, which became Spider-Man and the Titans (starting around #203). There was an annual in 1976 (which had the cover date of 1977 on it) and 1977 (cover dated 1978). The X-Men had become one of the strips by at least #13, when they featured on the cover, and were in the Annual, but I'm uncertain of if and when they finished appearing in the regular weekly. They don't seem to have been covered featured past #30.
