Posted by Luke Part of the Registration I think some people haven't really thought about is that those powered individuals who aren't completely in touch with their mental facilities (*coughcoughJamieBraddockcough*) can get treatment and help to control their powers and become more stable members of society. I think that alone would be a selling point for Brian, who knows first hand the type of damage such unchecked power can cause. That's just my thoughts though, I would really like to see what everyone else thinks.

Well, as it stands right now from what we have seen in "Civil War," this apparently is localized to the United States (the better for Millar to play his liberal allegory with). But from a theoretical standpoint, I don't know, I have to say that I think that Brian would be pro-registration. Yeah he never particularly liked being told what to do by the Corps. or anything like that, but Brian strikes me as the kind of guy who would think that Registration would be alright.

: What side will Captain Britain be on?
:
: i dunno if this "Super-Hero
: Registration Act" applies with the
: heroes of Excalibur since it's an American
: law not British(unless they use the
: Bush/Blair/Poodle line).
:
: but if it's not enforceable i'd like to hear
: others views on what side the
: Cap,Lionheart,union Jack or other marvel-UK
: created characters would choose?
