The prototypes (and in fact, the picture on the back of the card) show Cap in his Captain Marshall uniform. But the toy is in fact in Brian's own uniform. This pleased me greatly! The toy is nicely proportioned, and has some good details, including the flared kees of the boots. Articulation is good as usual for ML toys. Cap is big but not huge... definitely bigger than Iron Fist but smaller than Iron Man. I think he is a good size personally. The pack in comic is misleading. The cover looks to be from the Moore/Davis graphic novel, but its actually a reprint of "Excalibur" #1 (regular series). Still, its a good story if you haven't already read it. Anyways, I am totally pleased with this toy and heartily recommend it to anyone who is a Cap or Excal fan. I intend to put him on the shelf right next to my lanky Nightcrawler toy from the "New X-Men" boxed set I got years ago! Now we just need Meg, Ray, and a classic Kitty! (Hey, I can dream, can't I?)

Hey everybody! I was poking around the toy department in my local Wally World (WalMart for those of you who don't keep up with South Carolinian slang), and what should I happen to find but the WalMart exclusive wave of Marvel Legends toys! Tearing through the racks, I managed to find -one- Cap... and no Kittys! Needless to say I snagged him up.
