Several have been and more will be in upcoming issues. Captain U.K., Killpower, Knights of Pendragon, Captain Britain, Mad Jim Jaspers, the Fury, Meggan, Roma, Merlyn, Motormouth, Dark Angel, etc. There's a good percentage of the U.K. characters getting Handbook recognition in the most recent runs of the Handbook, including some which appeared in stories which never got reprinted in the U.S.
Oh, and on a slightly different note, keep an eye out for Civil War, for a cameo where a British-created character makes their U.S. comics debut....
