Very good issue...
Alpha Flight #6
http://www.comicbookresources.com/?page=preview&id=10511
-pointless poser cover... oh well, its a nice one
-good art/colors inside too
-"Waters Of Clear" Sight negates Purple Woman control
-Snowbird can become a GIANT white owl of Canada
-Ranark looks way cooler than he did in MTiO! Kudos to whomever redesigned him
-Ranark can summon a % of the power of a Great Beast of choice (possibly only 1 at a time)
-Purple Woman's visual hypnosis apparently works over the tv airwaves. Huh, thought there was (originally) a olfactory and/or audio source to the power back when DD faced it
-forget who this Wendigo's host is OTTOMH...
-Marrina dragging along a GIANT cephalogod thru sewers seemed a little comic book monster silly... oh well, a power showing for her
-"CATCHPHRASE!" :D Thats funny!
-it loooks like Snowbird can become a collective of White Fire Flies
-Ranark vs Shaman and Snowbird? Ranark wins
-Jinadu seems to go in and out of PW influence. Makes the kiss scene significant beyond showy
-refreshing twist-like fact that the mole is a split personality!
-Claire is aging with 'sliding time-scale' resistance
-novel way to retell The Master origin and would have meant more if the series had stayed an ongoing
-forget who Rita is OTTOMH...
-Walt and James collaborate to build MIRACLE MYSTERY MACHINE
-loooks like Northstar wasnt fast enough to avoid the slaps while midflight
-interesting artistic license shows Snowbird has an agreeable white glow with her transformations. Add wooly mammoth to her list
-"Join Unity - Lose a Toe.' Ha! Neat kicker there
-LOOOOOOOOOOOOOGAN!

I miss Dan.
