This was a lot of fun. Upside down machine gun zipping by Aurora. The currently odd but potentially entertaining Marrina 'tude. Shaman now has PSYCHOPOMP - which could go either way. The logical return of Guardian's magnetosphere hop. The interesting 'fact' Northstar revealed about Atlanteans having an external power source in their surface-helms. Box-bots! And the Vindicator shocking ending.
Buuut, still cannont get over the fact that [virtually] only these heroes were selectively brought back from the dead for the sole purpose to save Marvel marketing. There should have been more satisfying exposition on this by now. This feels like it could pick up right after Byrne left in vol.1#29 - unfortunately ignoring canon '83-'10. Add to that pet peeve that Puck was not holed up in the same 'limbo space' as his fellow deadmates - so heck, Marrina was [arbitrarily] brought back instead. Has Herc ever even said 2 words to the Plodex? Of course, this may be just my problem so hopefully the next 7 issues will be entertaining enough for me to just happily accept their return.
Unfortunately, FEAR ITSELF brought all its baggage [of logic concerns and flaws] with it. But fortunately, that was all downplayed. Not crazy about the Canadian Gov't people allowed to make more dumb choices.
Most dangerous nation?! Dont like the sound of that - makes it sound like a bad thing. However, it IS interesting ATM. Fingers crossed.
Still missing my brother...
