Guess Walt doesnt worry about recycling as a short term solution to a long term problem - evidenced by his pulling a Peter Parker and dealing with the devil.
Guess Liz isnt as good as her father, too, to not have been any mystic help to her dead teammates in the waiting room to the afterlife - or even know about it[?!].
Guess Editorial vetoed Puck's return and sent him to Hell with Logan but the Twin's are allowed to return, even though all the other heroes remain in deadsleep, for very... 'good' reason - Bullpen Marketing compromise.
Guess throwing in the Wendigos is as obvious an story element choice to add to a Canadian hero story as making sure there is snow involved too.
