Sure would be nice to here something. I know someone said two writers have put in Flight bids, and that one has the go-ahead (I'm guessing for early fall). My belief is that with Joe Quesada's history (and obvious dislike of Alpha Flight, not sexy enough for him I guess) one writer has been given the green light but knows that Joe Q may pull the plug at any time, so the other writer, who lost out, has gotten support from other editors in case Joe Q does just that.

So I'm thinking it's going to be Joe Q staying with writer #1, and if he double crosses him (like he did J. Torres and then Mike Oeming) that the other editors have a guy they want and will be able to get writer #2 on Alpha Flight over Joe Q's wishes.

My opinion.
