: Well, if OF becomes an ongoing (either with
: the current team, or split off into a new
: direction) we'll have to support it. As
: long as Joe Q and Tom B run the show Alpha
: Flight will only get bit parts and scant
: attention.
:
: Only Persuasion, Diamond Lil, Box, Aurora
: and Northstar still have powers. Only
: Talisman and Sasquatch seem to be still
: alive of the non-mutants, plus whatever Wild
: Child is now that he's depowered yet still
: feral and a Nazi (?!?). Not much pickings
: for any appearances.
:
: Box hasn't appeared in over 2 years, Diamond
: Lil was a background character last year,
: barely, and Persuasion hasn't been seen in 5
: years at least.
:
: Support OF, write in if you want a new
: direction (like a covert team starring
: Persuasion, Sasquatch, a new Guardian,
: Talisman, and Lil, working out of the way of
: SHIELD). No OF support, no OF at all. That
: is obvious.

A whole lot of establishing characters and there interactions but with only 5 issues, that could have been done better and leave greater explorations to the extended series we all hope will come. By using characters sucha s Beta Ray Bill, USAgent and Arachne, you don't need a lot of exposition to establish who they are. throw them into the action and see how they interact there. As for the return of Snowbird, I think it likely we will see her again. Most of Beta Ray Bill's dreams included a White Owl...293
