The Omega Flight mini-series is great. Mr.Oeming does wonderful job writing the mini series. I hope. Marvel let Mr.Oeming extend the mini-series to an ongoing series. I enjoyed the action a whole lot. The Omega Flight mini-series gets better and better each issue. I am going to e-mail to Mr.Quesada expanding the Omega Flight mini series to a ongoing series. --Previous Message--
: Will just cut&paste my MUB review:
: The series seems slow moving but likely
: because it was proposed as a mini series.
: Ramblings after reading Omega Flight #3 ...
: STILL hate the Pointer plot device but
: really liked the cover a lot.
: Mostly the Wrecking Crew were drawn pretty
: good through out not sure about some of the
: other panels though as Jovian commented on
: Good to get a origin recap of Beta Ray who
: fiiinally makes his appearance.
: Unfortunately between him and Crew the
: Flight was moved to interlude status.
: Poor Walt still getting pawned.
: Last post, I listed nitpicks with Talisman
: character but REALLY like her attitude
: toward working with Pointer and hope she
: sticks with it.
: USAgent is an @$$ - but it suits him so
: well; Agent Brown one too: it's NOT
: providence (or manifest) - it's contrivance.
: Only way to right the wrong? Who passed this
: singular judgement? Needs Guardian suit to
: contain the power? Why is his head exposed
: and the ONLY suit suitable not 'painted'
: over? Omega needs Guardian who needs suit?
: Flawed transitive logic? Have no choice in
: this? Canada is still a democracy, eh?
: American wearing the Guardian suit? Is
: anyone LISTENING to her? About serving
: Canada? Sounds a little like ordering, no?
: Untrained rookie? And isn't it even worse he
: just requested a Kevorkian? - Agent Brown is
: an @$$
: They have to move fast all right, 'cuz that
: visual has GOT to be a DELAYED image as they
: already were breaking thru the wall.
: Nice flag and team portrait cameo touches.
: I reeeally liked the novelty of the
: duo-chromatic Great Beast Realm done by
: Byrne in AF volume 1; keeping the color
: scheme to RED and black this time was
: acceptable. Though I couldn't make out what
: he smashed on the ground for the awesome
: Beta Ray entrance - fist or amulet?
: BIG BOOM! Good supply of sound effects.
: Not clear if there are more than 7 Great
: Beasts now or they are ally demons but
: interested to find out. Guess the Asgardians
: are the only gods to venture out into space.
: I really should read the Beta Ray mini to
: find out more about his race.
: Lots of comic book big battle to soak up.
: And Beta Ray looks waaay tougher than
: Sasquatch, despite, the somewhat predictable
: Slow issue but still like the potential if
: Omega Flight is made ongoing.
: Rambling over.
: Aim Hire:
