I thought so at first, but Oeming seems to allude otherwise...
NRAMA: All right, moving along… Is that Guardian, Vindicator? Is it James Hudson, or someone else?
MO: It’s the Guardian/Vindicator outfit that’s for sure [laughs])

This last comment seems to suggest that Talisman will be the only returning AF character...
NRAMA: Finally, the last character… speculation has ranged from Storm, to Talisman, to Snowbird…what can you say at this juncture?
MO: I'll say that she is the strongest link to Flight’s past, spiritually inheriting the team... Oh crap, that could be either character, cant it?
