I just read it (MAJOR SPOILERS)

No she does not die. The Hood sneaks up on her (literally) and pistol whips the hell out of her, and tells her that if she goes after his men, he'll kill her mother and her. Then he conks her out, while Jigsaw films it a la The Joker in THE KILLING JOKE and the video is played for all of the Hood's thugs, who cheer it on. She's lying in a pool of blood, but apparently she's more stunned then anything else.
OK, what little I know about The Hood is that he's a regular man with a hood that grants him invisibility, not super strength. He must have an upgrade, I don't know. Tigra should have ripped the hell out of him. Maybe she's still recovering from the effects of being under the Puppet Master's control.
