The early issues, from DEFENDERS #44-60 are particularly great, with lots of happy-go-lucky Hellcat action. SOLO AVENGERS #8 also featured a back-up Hellcat story involving her and Mad Dog, her former husband. Wow. That's a big question. Well, I'd start with AVENGERS #144, which featured Patsy becoming Hellcat for the first time. The issue also went through Patsy's history as well, and there is also some history about Greer Nelson, the Cat (who is now Tigra) in there, too. Hellcat appeared in the Avengers until #151, when she left with Moondragon to go to Titan.
