Cranks but quits in 23 sec

My 86 928s auto will crank but in about 2-3 sec it quits. I have replaced the fuel pump and filter, swapped out the brain box and checked for air leaks. I have also swapped the relays for fuel pump and ignition. Any ideas out there? 353672
