Hi all, I will check the solder. I checked the oil in the tensioneri it was dirty. It's only been in there for about 4 years. I replaced it with clean 75-90 gear oil. This problem seems related to heat. Every morning the light will come on as I driving after about 4-5 minutes. It's becoming very consistant. If I turn the car off and then on it does not return for the rest of the drive. An other ideas? David
