I went to recheck the readings on temp ll, this time i removed the 3/8 in diam. vacuum line that runs on top of it for easer access to the sensor. As I did I noticed it was cracked. When I put it back I cut the crack out, and replaced it.Bingo, starts every time. I do not know what part it goes to, but it looks like the fuel dampner looks but not hooked to the fuel rail. GO FIGURE !!!!
