Might be replacing my 1983 5-sp with a low milage 1986 5-sp

I should know, but I've been a bit rusty with the Porsche tech info lately, just driving the 83S and enjoying it. I now have 153,000 miles on the car, it runs beautifully, but I found a 1986 with low milage. Help me with some info here. Do all the 1986 models have the later body style and 4-cam motor, or did this change somewhere during the 1986 model run. I am looking at the car later n the week and I'll obviously be able to tell then, but thought I would start with some helpful homework here first. Regards, P
