If you have a known good battery and nothing has power, then you have a problem with your battery cables. I've seen battery cables corrode inside the plastic insulation to the point that the cable is effectively separated into two. A clear indicator of this problem is a swollen battery cable which is almost always near the positive battery post.
I don't have my wiring diagrams in front of me but I believe that the positive cable goes strait to the starter where another cable goes from the starter to the jump-start post on the right side of the engine compartment where the power then goes on to the fuse panel.
I've never traced that part of the electrical system but I think that's the way it goes. So, if you have a good battery, then check to see if you have power to the jump-start post in the engine compartment. If you have power there, then the problem must be somewhere in the fuse/relay panel area.
Make sure that the ground strap is actually making a ground connection under the wing nut inside the toolbox panel. If that is dirty enough, then you won't have any power to anything.
